I recently had a Reiki session that was truly excellent and deeply calming

The practitioner’s energy was gentle yet powerful, and they created a peaceful atmosphere that allowed me to fully let go.
During the session I experienced a sense of warmth, release, and inner quiet that I hadn’t felt in a long time. Afterward I felt lighter, more balanced, and surprisingly refreshed—both emotionally and physically.
